Attorney James Castle shares about his involvement on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). The ICTY was established to address the Balkan war crimes that took place during the 1990s. Attorney Castle was asked to consider appointment as Chief Counsel to General Momcilo Perisic, and as one of the last indictments of the ICTY, the case had the potential to set precedent. In his article "An American Lawyer in Holland," Castle explains some of the details of the case brought against Perisic.
